HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
FREE standard shipping and residential delivery for all products on our website. All costs have been included in the price of each product. It means you can order as many items as you want and you’ll never pay any extra fees.
Ordinary, package and ship your order within 3-7 business days, because we sell handmade products, sometimes, it maybe takes up to 2 weeks to prepare the package (large or customized orders).
Working time: Monday to Friday – 8h-16h GMT+7
We normally complete the products at our craft village in Phu Vinh, Hoai Duc, Hanoi, Vietnam. We have our warehouses located in some places where shipping network developed. We also use a shipping network that combines many delivery companies in many different countries to saves shipping time and cost. So the address you see on the tracking may not start from Hanoi.

On average, merchandise is package and shipped from our facility 3-7 business days after purchase.
Shipping time:
10 – 20 business days for international shipping. Shipping times will vary based on destination, extreme weather, disease or customs control and other variables. We will follow up and update you with information.

About Late Deliveries
Most packages are delivered on time. In rare occasions, orders show up after the estimated delivery date.

Track your package
After an order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking code from the shipping company. You can track your order on our website here: track your order.
RETURNS
In some cases the package is defective or damaged and you want to return. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. We only refund if the items are defective or damaged.
