We are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, it may happen that you receive a damaged item, poor-quality printing or incorrect product. Thankfully it is rather unusual! But, if it is the case, we guarantee a 100% satisfaction to all of our customers by offering a free replacement order or a refund on the affected items. 

IMPORTANT NOTE:

If your order is custom knitted just for you, we aren’t responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fit issues. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Buyers assume all risks when choosing the style and fit of their purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Lost Orders
If your order is deemed ‘lost’ by our shipping carrier, we will dispatch a replacement to you at our expense or offer you a full refund.

Order Modifications or Cancellation
You cannot modify or cancel your order on your end. After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact us and request order modifications (such as a size/color/address change) or cancellation. After 24 hours, your order will have been put into production and can no longer be modified.
